The competition received a positive response from the staff, and a total of 75 people participated in the skills competition of 7 sub-projects, namely forklift, welding, bending, shearing, control cabinet assembly, traveling crane, and CAD drawing.
The staff vocational skills competition set up skill benchmarks, deepened the staff's understanding of professional knowledge and skills, and at the same time cultivated master craftsmen for each skill position in AOLIDA.
